My practice spans luxury residential, land, commercial property, and new construction in Rapid City, Spearfish, Deadwood, Hill City, and beyond. I have spent 16 years building my career in this market. I was born and raised in South Dakota, and my roots here go back 3 generations. That is not a marketing line. It means I understand this land, these communities, and the people in them in ways that no relocation specialist ever could. Black Hills real estate is not a generic market. It has its own rhythms, its own inventory patterns, and its own buyer profile. Knowing that difference is what I bring to every conversation.
My work covers a wide range of transactions. On the residential side, I specialize in luxury homes, lifestyle properties, acreages, and high-end new construction throughout the region. On the commercial and investment side, I work with buyers and sellers on commercial acquisitions, development parcels, land, multifamily properties, and income-producing assets. I structure complex transactions including 1031 exchanges, seller financing arrangements, letters of intent, cap rate analysis, and NOI modeling. I am currently pursuing my CCIM designation, the most respected credential in commercial real estate investment.
